Even with a loan for that truck you should be able to pay that of in like less or close to 10 jobs. On your own. Was a long time I bothered to hire new drivers for a new profile, like wolfedg said - the money comes in to easy. Maybe not at level 1,2 but as soon you get a truck it is actually, no offense ment, easy.

The more recruitment offices u discover the more drivers u will see u can hire. But think the max u can hire is 255 but that might of changed. I find the best opton is only have hired drivers in the capital city of each country as more chances of them getting a return job. once all those garages r filled put others in the big cities.
Actually quite some time back there was some rework. There are patch notes, where is stated: "Hired drivers are more efficient when equipped by good truck" But what does it mean specifically and how much efficient they are .. hard to say.
