Options. XX1EL_DiabloXX. ★ Novice. Any time I'm playing Apex at random points in the game my character will be uncontrollable. They will spin uncontrollably, won't stop running, and all controls stop working for brief period of time. I've tried different controller, resetting the controller, resetting the system all to no avail.
The solutions here work if you're just trying to get your controller to function for the game. Installing updates can fix any bugs or glitches that might be affecting your controller.
On my original PS4 controller (got another one when I upgraded to PS4 Pro), the up, down, left and right buttons just one day decided they didn't want to work anymore.
